For best of service and faster solution, now Banglalink offering their call center 121(IVR) totally FREE to their subscribers. Previously subscribers had to pay certain service charge while they made call at 121. Once upon GrameenPhone's had same offer for Postpaid users but its no longer available. Now Banglalink using same trick to get more customers attention and they are offering this service to almost every customers. but trick is here if you want to talk a Customer care representative then you need to call 111 insist of 121 and 111 ivr service is NOT FREE!
